Within Spateston Early Learning and Childcare Centre we are committed to supporting reflective practice, ongoing professional development, and further study amongst practitioners.

We know that providing these opportunities links to the high-quality provision and practice being provided within the setting. We value the learning community that all within our centre contribute to. Professional dialogue that links to aspects of practice is an important part of the professional development our practitioners participate in.

The centre improvement plan highlights the priorities identified as a focus for development supporting the training across the setting and helping build the quality of practice. Having more practitioners trained in the same aspect of practice is building a deeper knowledge base to support current thinking, research, and practice.
